What we collect

If you use the quote form on this website, we collect the details you enter: your name, company name if you give one, email address, phone number, the service you are asking about, property type, location, preferred frequency, preferred date and any details you write in the message field.

If you call, WhatsApp or email us instead, we hold whatever you send us through that channel.

Why we collect it

Only to respond to your enquiry: to prepare an estimate, arrange a site visit, schedule a clean and stay in touch about that work. We do not use it for anything else, and we do not sell it or pass it to anyone for marketing.

How this website is built

This is a static website. It has no database and runs no server-side code of its own, so nothing you type is stored on the website itself. What you submit is delivered in one of two ways:

• WhatsApp — the form opens WhatsApp with your enquiry pre-written, and you send it yourself. The message is then held in our WhatsApp account and yours, subject to WhatsApp's own privacy terms.
• Email — the form is passed to a third-party form-delivery service (Web3Forms), which forwards it as an email to info@agcleaningfacilities.com. That provider processes the submission in transit; the enquiry then lives in our email account.

Your browser stores a short local record of how many times you have submitted the form in the past hour. That record never leaves your device and is used only to limit spam.

How long we keep it

Enquiries stay in our email and WhatsApp accounts while they are useful for serving you, and for our own business records afterwards. If you ask us to delete your details, we will remove them from those accounts.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@agcleaningfacilities.com or call +256 705 137863, and we will act on the request.
